COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update


Amid onging concerns regarding COVID-19 (Corona Virus), circumstances beyond our control have forced us to make changes to our normal business practices.  Effective immediately, contact with our staff will be done by appointment only.  This is to protect your health as well as the health and safety of our residents and staff.  


If you have paperwork to turn in for a recert or an interim, please utilize the drop boxes outside of each one of our offices.  If it is only a few papers, please feel free to send them, via fax at 315-339-9009 – being sure to list who the paperwork is intended for; or by email to the appropriate staff member.  I have listed the staff and their email below for each program.

We do expect a higher number of calls with the offices closed and with the possibility of less staff, I do ask that you are patient during this time.  Please when leaving a message speak clear, give your name, apartment #, return phone call and what you are calling about and a member of the staff will return your car.


At this time, our maintenance staff will be responding to emergency work orders only.  You may be asked a few more questions than normal when calling in work orders but that is to help us assess the necessity of the work order being done at that time.  


During this time, we are forced to close off the community rooms at all buildings as we are being asked to help curtain groups to avoid the spread of the virus.  If you have reserved the room and have put the deposit down, please note that we will be issuing refunds.


IF YOU OR ANY PERSON THAT YOU LIVE WITH HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING SYSTEMS OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY ILLENSS, A FEVER (100.4 OR HIGHER, HAS RECENTLY TRAVELED OUTSIDE OF THE ONEIDA COUNTY AREAS OR HAS REASON TO BELIEVE YOU MAY HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY EXPOSED TO THE COVID-19, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY.  ALL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL IN OUR OFFICE AND IS FOR PREVENTATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.


Please know and understand that the safety of our residents and our staff are our first priority.  We appreciate your patience during this time and will keep you updated on any changes.
